Dozens of social media users gushed about how 'elegant' she looked and praised her professionalism as a model.
The teenager's career has gone from strength to strength over the past year and she now claims to command as much as 200,000 RUB (£2,400) a day as a model.
Miss Kafelnikova, who graduated from high school just this year, revealed how much she is earning - a fortune by Russian standards - in an online Q&A session with fans.
She insisted her feet were still on the ground, saying: 'You can't buy my love. In my life, love and money are not linked together. I work and make money on my own.'
Kaflenikova says that she weighs between 49 to 50 kilograms (7 stone 10 lbs to 7 stone 12 lbs), which she claims is 'normal' for a model.
According to Alesya's Elite model profile she is 178cm tall which would give her a BMI in the 0 percentile, making her underweight for her height and age according to NHS guidelines

Her father is a former world No 1 tennis player who won two Grand Slam singles titles, the 1996 French Open and the 1999 Australian Open.
Earlier this year, Mr Kafelnikov spoke of his concerns that Alesya was suffering from 'real anorexia' - amid reports her weight had plummeted as low as 7 stone.
Her father, from Sochi, Russia, said he was 'strictly against' Alesya's radical weight loss, expressing his concern over her 'stupid' 213,000 Instagram followers - a figure now closer to 300,000 - who he says encourage her to slim further.

Mr Kafelnikov, who currently lives in Moscow, took to social media to say how concerned he is over his daughter's help.
Her frustrated father said he had chosen to speak out in public over his fears because his daughter no longer took any notice of what he said, and he hoped to influence her via social media.
He said: ‘This is real anorexia. Alesya has 14-year-old followers on Instagram, who have no brain, and support her for losing weight. She should not be listening to these idiots.
'Last year when she weighed 52kg, I was happy. She was so pretty and finally started looking like a woman. And what is happening now? I am strictly against such a radical weight loss! Unfortunately, she doesn't listen to me.’

KP Russia reported Alesya as saying: 'If I get better, I will no longer be able to work as a model.'
In March, during a Q&A with Ask.fm, the model was also asked, 'What does your father call you?' and she replied, 'an anorexic'.
While Kafelnikov's comments were widely circulated in Russian media, mystery surrounds the social media original post which appeared to have vanished.
However, the model regularly posts photos of herself enjoying food, from boxes of doughnuts to large bowls of ice cream in an apparent bid to prove her critics wrong.

When she posed next to a plate of salmon and vegetables on a plane, one follower wrote: 'The first time you've eaten all day,' while another simply asked: 'Diet?'
One young fan begged: 'How do you manage to keep such great shape? please answer,' while another labelled her a 'walking skeleton.'
On a recent Instagram post showing Alesya wearing a backless dress, one fan wrote: 'Why are you so thin?' Another wrote: 'So close to anorexia'.
Alesya sparked controversy last year when she posted a raunchy video on Instagram. Then aged just 16, critics said the clip - which saw her undressing to electro music to reveal racy black lingerie, was too sexualised.

But despite the controversy, the clip led to Alesya landing her dream modelling contract and moving to Paris.
After arriving in the French capital, Alesya appeared to be living the dream. Shortly after her arrival, she posted a picture of herself on a balcony overlooking the city, writing: ‘J'adore. You've got the world cause you've got love in your hands.’
But reports suggested Alesya - whose mother Masha Tishkova divorced Yevgeny in 2001 after just three years of marriage - was feeling increasingly lonely after leaving her boyfriend Nikita Novikov behind.
One year on, she is believed to have split from Nikita, the son of a wealthy restaurateur. In one recent post, Alesya wrote: ‘Guys, talk to me, I feel lonely in Paris.'
