Arsenal have launched an overhaul of their player recruitment system as they look to keep touch with European football’s superpowers.
Sportsmail understands Leicester’s head of technical scouting Ben Wrigglesworth has been targeted as part of the shake-up.
Likewise, the Foxes’ scout Steve Walsh could also arrive as part of the revamp.

Current head scout Steve Rowley is expect to remain as the spearhead of the club’s scouting operation.
Indeed, Rowley will oversee the changes to the scouting department.
The Gunners are keen to bolster their domestic and global scouting presence and will employ new spies at youth and senior level to ensure talent does not slip through the net.
