Donald Trump chillingly warns of a 'bloodbath' in the US if he isn't elected as president again
Addressing the crowd as a guest speaker for car dealership owner Bernie Moreno's Senate primary campaign, former President Donald Trump said it will be a "bloodbath" if he isn't elected this year
Former President Donald Trump has warned that if he isn't elected in the upcoming presidential election "it's gonna be a bloodbath" for the US.
The 77-year-old made the chilling messages while addressing supporters at a Buckeye Values PAC Rally in Dayton, Ohio. It comes just one day after his hush-money criminal trial was delayed.
Talking to the crowd in a red "Make America Great Again" cap, Trump said: "Now, if I don't get elected it's going to be a bloodbath for the country."

Republican Trump is in the state to help boost the campaign of car dealership owner Bernie Moreno in Ohio's US Senate primary which is happening on Tuesday. He was appearing as a guest speaker and made a quip about selling cars before his bloodbath comment.
Trump is showing his support as the GOP primary appears to be neck-and-neck between Moreno and two other candidates, although it's believed the dealership owner is edging ahead. The racy took a nasty turn over the past week when supporters of Moreno’s rivals circulated a story from the Associated Press revealing that an email used by the businessman was registered on the sexual meeting site “Adult Friend Finder”.
In retaliation, allies of Moreno launched a mailer accusing another Republican in the race, conservative Frank LaRose, of being a closet ally of the LGBT+ community.
For Trump, it was also a fairly busy week as Judge Juan Merchan ruled his trial about paying hush money to porn star Stormy Daniel, which was due to start on March 25, will be pushed back by a month because there's new evidence for both parties to consider.
The decision makes Pence the latest in a series of senior Trump administration officials who have declined to endorse their former boss’s bid to return to the Oval Office. While Republican members of Congress and other GOP officials have largely rallied behind Trump, a vocal minority has continued to oppose his bid.
It also marks the end of a metamorphosis for Pence, who had long been seen as one of Trump’s most loyal defenders but broke with his two-time running mate by refusing to go along with Trump’s unconstitutional scheme to try to remain in power after losing the 2020 election.
