The Princess of Wales was reportedly spotted looking 'happy, healthy and relaxed' on a visit to a local farm shop over the weekend, marking the first time she has been seen out and about since undergoing planned abdominal surgery.

Kate and William were reportedly seen at one of their favourite spots, around a mile from their Adelaide Cottage, in Windsor on Saturday after having watched their three children - George, 10, Charlotte, eight, and Louis, five - take part in sports.A witness who saw the couple told The Sun last night: 'After all the rumours that had been going round I was stunned to see them there. Kate was out shopping with William and she looked happy and she looked well.

'The kids weren't with them but it's such a good sign she was healthy enough to pop down to the shops.'

While no pictures were taken of the couple - adhering to their request for privacy as Kate recovers - their reported appearance is an encouraging sign that she is taking her first steps towards a return to official royal engagements.

The Princess, who made her last public engagement at Sandringham on Christmas Day, is expected to return to public duty after April 17, when her children start back at Lambrook School, near Ascot, following the Easter Holidays.

Yet there is suggestion that Kate could now make an earlier return and may even be seen walking into the annual Easter Matins service at St George's Chapel on the Windsor estate.

According to the Telegraph the Princess has not ruled out making a return to the public eye on Easter Sunday and could join her family for the traditional walk about, which would be photographed.

A palace source told the paper there had been 'no confirmation either way' adding that anything else was speculation.

The reports of an early return and her Windsor sighting come just a few days after the Princess was pictured in the back of a car alongside Prince William as they left Windsor Castle last Monday.

The Prince of Wales was on his way to Westminster Abbey for the annual Commonwealth Day service while MailOnline understands Kate was headed to a 'private appointment'.

In recent weeks wild rumours - fuelled by social media and the foreign press - have speculated over the reason why Kate has not been seen, despite the Kensington Palace's laying out her recovery timeline.

'Katespiracies' online have ranged from claims she was recovering from a 'Brazilian bum lift' or in a coma, a theory sparked by a journalist on Spanish television.

Some joked she was a contestant on The Masked Singer television show - or may have even been bumped from the Royal Family.

Other trolls and conspiracy theorists have used her absence and the lawlessness of social media to spread deeply sinister and highly libellous claims. Even Kim Kardashian has wade in posting selfies captured: 'On my way to go find Kate.'

The absurd claims only intensified when the Princess took the blame for the family photograph released by Kensington Palace on Mother's Day, which was 'killed' by six of the world's top picture agencies over concern that it had been 'manipulated'.

In addition to the numerous imperfections in the image, viewers also spotted that Kate appeared to not be wearing her wedding ring, which sparked multiple unfounded theories online about the state of her marriage.

The furor on social media led the Princess to make a personal apology on X, writing 'Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing.'

It is understood that Kate had only intended to 'bring a bit of joy' and release a reassuring image to thank the public for their ongoing support, and that she and William are both 'shaken and devastated' at the speculation about their marriage.

William is said to have taken the picture in a 40-minute window on a £2,900 Canon camera on Friday before the Princess edited it twice in Photoshop to 'make it the best it can be'.

Despite calls for the original image to be published, Kensington Palace insisted it would not be reissuing the unedited photograph of Kate and her children.

One insider said: 'I worry about all this attention on Catherine. She did not look happy at all in the car on Monday.'

Over the weekend, a source close to the Wales' said that the couple will disclose more information about Kate's illness and recovery in due course.

'In Kate's case, there is almost nobody else in the world whose face, body, clothes are more judged than hers,' the insider told The Sunday Times.

'What is happening is exactly what they said would happen — she would spend two weeks in hospital and be back after Easter. So what if they haven't pushed her out there to wave from the back of a car? She is not a show pony.'

A friend said the Waleses are fully aware about the circulating rumours but claimed: 'They're not like [Prince] Harry, obsessing and scrolling through Twitter, but they know it has broken through.

'They follow the news and see the BBC breaking news alerts.'

The insider added that the speculation around the couple's marriage is 'just cruel', especially while William, Kate and their children are 'going through the hardest time they've had to go through as a family'.

Kate was admitted to the London Clinic - the private hospital where the King underwent treatment for an enlarged prostate - for planned abdominal surgery.

She left the hospital on January 29 - almost two weeks later - and returned to Adelaide Cottage in Windsor.

Speculation grew online as she recuperated in Windsor which was only stoked further when William pulled out of a memorial service for his late godfather, King Constantine of Greece, for an unexplained 'personal matter'

The Ministry of Defence also came under fire after it suggested that Kate would be attending the Trooping the Colour event in June before her appearance was quickly stripped from the Army's official website.

Details of her condition have not been revealed but Kensington Palace previously said it was not cancer-related and that the Princess wished her personal medical information to remain private.

Another friend said: 'She and William are at their most open when out interacting with the public. I can see a world in which the Princess might discuss her recovery out on engagements.

'If she was going to do it, that's how she would do it. They appreciate the public's love and affection for their children and know there is a public appetite to see them on their birthdays.'

Kensington Palace has maintained that Kate is 'doing well' and will only provide significant updates.

The couple are refusing to publish any details until they feel ready, with a friend adding: 'They will want to be clear and more open, but they'll do it when they feel ready.

Sources told the Mail that that there is no pressure or hurry on her to do so and her focus remains on 'what is important' – her recovery and her three children.

Despite this tumultuous few weeks for the Royal Family, it is expected that William and Kate will still uphold the tradition of releasing a new photograph to mark their children's birthdays, the next being Prince Louis on April 23.

'They appreciate the public's love and affection for their children and know there is a public appetite to see them on their birthdays,' an aide told the Times.

While there has been no official confirmation that Kate will be well enough to attend Trooping the Colour in June, the King, who is suffering from cancer, is determined to attend his official birthday celebrations.

The Mail revealed last night that aides are already exploring ways that Charles will be able to part within the constraints of his ongoing cancer treatment.

This could include watching the military spectacular from a podium, instead on horseback as usual, and being driven to Buckingham Palace, like his late mother did.

A firm decision will be made at the time and will be dependent on medical advice. The event will take place on June 15 and the Mail understands the planning is a source for optimism.

'There are a number of key events His Majesty would love to attend coming up in the diary and this is at the top of the list,' a source said.

A veces fallamos (muchas), qué duda cabe.

Four lunar eclipses mean it's the most significant astrology year in decades.

Four lunar eclipses mean it's the most significant astrology year in decades. Top astrologer YASMIN BOLAND reveals what every star sign must do now - and the steps to protect your money and love life

For most of history, people feared eclipses of the Sun. The skies would grow dark, the birds would stop singing and the dogs would start to howl. Naturally, people would blame anything bad that followed on ‘that fateful day the Sun disappeared’.

A lunar eclipse was equally regarded as a bad omen or sign of divine dissatisfaction. It was hardly surprising: no one knew why they happened or when they might come.

Today, modern astrology regards eclipses very differently, not as harbingers of doom but of change. They are events of great astrological significance, invigorating, exciting phenomenon with the power to boost our energy and transform our lives.

Every year brings a new array of eclipses, but this year, we get four: a Full (lunar) later this month, and a New Moon (solar) eclipse in April, then a Full in September and a New Moon (both lunar) in October.

This particular set of eclipses is hugely exciting, because three out of four of them are straddling the Aries/Libra axis (a part of the sky that in astrology relates to the Sun’s path through the constellations).

Four eclipses is a celestial phenomenon we haven't seen for 20 years

Four eclipses is a celestial phenomenon we haven't seen for 20 years

We haven’t had anything like this for almost 20 years. Indeed, the last time we had a similar string of eclipses was in the period 2004 to 2006, meaning we should all be ready to experience echoes of what happened to us back then.

Of course, the sky must be arranged in a specific way for an eclipse to occur. They take place when a New or Full Moon appears near the lunar nodes — mysterious points in the sky where the Moon’s orbit intersects the path of the Sun.

In a Solar Eclipse, the Moon passes between the Sun and the Earth and temporarily blocks out the Sun’s light. A Lunar Eclipse occurs when the Earth is between the Sun and the Moon, and the Moon sits in its shadow.

The Aries/Libra axis brings up themes of balance, individuality and connection with other people. So there is also an overall message here: it’s time to sort out relationships.

The fact is, eclipses are ‘push comes to shove’ times, and relationships under pressure often break up around them, no matter which sign they’re in. But for the rest of the year, with multiple eclipses triggering the relationship sign of Libra, we can expect particularly acute stresses and strains on our most challenging partnerships, personal and professional.

But don’t despair! For me, eclipses signify a moment of renewal and correction, when we are jolted back toward the life path that was meant for us.

If you’re miles off track with where your soul is supposed to be (for example, if you’re in a difficult relationship or clinging on to a job you no longer enjoy), at the time of an eclipse, you can find yourself shunted — sometimes unceremoniously — into a new reality.

The bottom line is, what happens during an eclipse can feel really tough, but — and I say this after years of observation — it almost always turns out for the best.

Let’s look at the first two coming up this spring.

T he lunar eclipse on March 25 occurs at 7am, and the good news is that, immediately afterwards, we get a wonderful alignment of the planet of love, Venus, which is said to rule Libra, with the change-maker planet Uranus.

It’s a combination which promises positive, even heart-swelling, changes. Are you independent to a fault and find yourself constantly driving potential partners away? Well, this is the eclipse that could finally help you find someone you can commit to.

The second eclipse, on April 8 at 7.20pm, offers excellent potential for what I call a quantum jump, when you leap from one reality to another, apparently defying the rules of time and logic. It’s that exciting but sometimes rather disorienting moment when your life changes seemingly overnight.

So how can you harness it? Think about what you want in life and use the power of imagination and affirmation to feel as though it’s already happened. When you’re waking up or falling asleep, meditating, or even as you’re walking down the street, visualise your best life — and the eclipse will turbo-charge these desires and dreams.

The two autumnal eclipses bring clashing energies, more change and, above all, the need to communicate clearly with partners or family members to foster better understanding, and love, between you.

All the eclipses are taking place as Pluto (the planet that’s about transformation) does a rare flipflop into and out of the signs Capricorn and Aquarius. Plus, for the rest of the year, the lucky planet Jupiter is the most active of all the ‘outers’ — Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune. Put that together and there could well be a fortuitous, even charmed, slant to the changes you see by the end of the year.

It’s all about focusing on what really makes you happy.

Embrace the idea that you are here on Earth with a life purpose and a mission to fulfil.

Are you stuck in a toxic relationship? Happily or unhappily single? Mired in the soul-destroying world of modern dating and the apps that go with it? Bored romantically? Feeling too old to take the plunge and get out there again?

Whatever your answer, the good news is that this spring is likely to be a moment of transformation and joy for us all in different ways. Follow the stars’ advice to make the most of this potent air of change . . .

Take a long hard look at your relationships

To harness the energy of the four eclipses in a way that will improve your life, be really honest with yourself about who or what you have clearly outgrown (but haven’t found the courage to leave behind).

It’s an eclipse truism that what happens at the time of an eclipse can be hard to take, but nearly always works out for the best.

Even though change can be tough, it can lead you to some of the most amazing places.

Make the process easier by taking a long hard look now at what in your life needs to go, change or evolve. Look at where you’re being too needy, focusing too much on someone else or, indeed, on yourself. If a relationship is troubled but you want to work at it, start now to give yourself time to shore it up before the eclipses blow it apart!

Hindsight is a wonderful thing and it’s often clear after the fact where we went wrong in personal and business partnerships. However, forewarned is forearmed. Even the best relationships need attention from time to time and, if you focus on them now, you’ll be better placed to sail through the turbulence.

Top 5 eclipses dos and don'ts ...

If you’re feeling worried about all the change the eclipses could bring to your love life, here are some easy rules to live by around the time that they occur.

Do...

1. Reflect and meditate. Eclipses are powerful times for introspection. The more ‘me time’ you can get around eclipse time, the better.

2. Set intentions or resolutions. The New Moon eclipse in April brings the energy for deciding what you want your life to look like in the short and long-term.

3. Release and let go. Full Moon eclipses are ideal times for letting go. Release what no longer serves you, whether it’s fear, a bad habit, an emotion that is holding you back, or a relationship that has run its course.

4. Practise gratitude. Acknowledge and be thankful for the lessons and blessings in your life. Gratitude will help you move easily through any rough changes.

5. Look after yourself. Eclipses can be emotionally taxing if they hit your chart strongly, so taking time out for yourself, be it through doing yoga, a hot bath, a nature walk, writing a journal or reading, can be a boon.

Every year brings a new array of eclipses, but this year, we get four: a Full (lunar) later this month, and a New Moon (solar) eclipse in April, then a Full in September and a New Moon (both lunar) in October

Don't...

1. Lose your cool. Eclipses can usher in tumultuous times, and our judgement can get clouded by them, so avoid making rash major life decisions around love, money or anything else that’s important to you.

2. Resist change. Remember that eclipses bring necessary changes. If you try to avoid or resist them, you will only make it much harder on yourself and everyone else.

3. Be negative. Stay away from negative people as much as you can, but especially at eclipse time. There is enough going on without having to suffer that.

4. Overdo it at work or at play. Taking on too much or pushing too hard during eclipse season will only backfire. It’s a time for internal work more than external hard yards.

5. Cling to the past. Eclipses are about moving forward. Encourage letting go of past grudges or outdated dreams.

Where is the eclipse for you?

We all know eclipses spell change. But for a tighter focus on what that means for you, we need to look at where the eclipses take place in your birth chart, which is a map of the heavens at the precise moment you were born.

 Aries or Aries Rising

Your whole life is up for change this spring — embrace it! There is no time like an eclipse in your sign to change your life. And if you’re stuck and want a cosmic kick, get ready, because it’s definitely coming your way.

Taurus or Taurus Rising

Create daily routines that support becoming the person you want to be. This might not sound terribly exciting, but the truth is, it’s what we do every day that creates our life. This spring gives you a chance to switch your routines up.

Gemini or Gemini Rising

Romance, creativity, children and friendship are in focus for you, and expect big shifts. But if you’re single and ready to meet someone new, then that could definitely happen. And if you feel you’re in a rut with any relationships, it’s a great time to get out.

Cancer or Cancer Rising

Your home and family life is up for change. Mend family rifts and find a good work/life balance. Your home life is super important to you, and the eclipses this spring and autumn give you a chance to identify personal problems and look for new solutions.

Leo or Leo Rising

Conversations this spring can change everything. Explore life, whether through travel and/or study. At this time it’s hugely important that you think about your thought patterns for the rest of the year. If you know you’ve got yourself into something of a negative mindset or you’re overthinking issues, then start the process of change now.

Virgo or Virgo Rising

This is a big moment for you, when increased self-worth can lead to positive developments around cash, property and possessions. Virgos are famously humble, which is a beautiful thing and one of the reasons we love you. But you will really benefit from bigging yourself up a little for the rest of year.

Libra or Libra Rising

Your whole life could soon look very different. Go for it! This is a super-exciting time for you. The first step will be the hardest, as you will need to prepare mentally to leave the past behind. Adopt ‘that was then, this is now’ as your new motto.

Scorpio or Scorpio Rising

Working through your fears is essential now — otherwise they could scupper you. You’re an intense sign that never shies away from facing up to the darker side of life. But don’t dwell on those fears now. Look at them, then move on for the better.

Sagittarius or Sagittarius Rising

Your social life is evolving and your ability to make wishes come true is soaring. A potentially very lucky year for you. To make the most of it, take a moment now to clarify what you want (and who can help you get it.)

Capricorn or Capricorn Rising

Expect big developments at work. Aim high! This could be a time when you fulfil some of your loftiest ambitions. Retired? What else is on your bucket list to achieve? It’s never too late to change the world.

Aquarius or Aquarius Rising

Avoid power struggles. With Pluto in and out of your sign for the rest of the year, the cosmos will ask you to strip back anything and anyone that isn’t serving your highest good. Do it without getting sucked into drama. Be bold!

Pisces or Pisces Rising

You’re one of the signs best placed to transform your life this spring. You’ll need to work hard at it (thanks to Saturn in Pisces), but the efforts you make now will lead to long-lasting rewards in the future, including stability. This is a time when change isn’t just possible — it’s inevitable.

Meghan Markle launched her new luxury lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard in a PR blitz orchestrated from the United States that overshadowed an event celebrating the life and work of Harry's mother.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been accused of timing the announcement to scupper Prince William's speech to the 25th Diana Legacy Awards at the Science Museum in London yesterday evening.

In a glitzy Instagram video for the new venture released at 5.15pm yesterday, the Duchess of Sussex can be seen busying herself in a rustic-looking kitchen.

Just 45 minutes later, at 6pm, Prince William arrived at the Diana Legacy Awards where he hailed his mother's legacy in an emotional speech given at 7pm.

The PR bombardment from California continued when at 9pm the Sussexes appeared in a video where they announced Archewell's winner of a $100,000 civil rights award in the US just as the Prince of Wales was still speaking and handing out awards to the winners.

Harry then addressed Diana Legacy Award winners at around 11.15pm, via video link from Montecito, until around midnight. But the video of Harry congratulating the 20 young people was released by his team at Archewell at around 5am this morning, just in time for the morning headlines in the UK.

American Riviera Orchard itself was unveiled to the world on March 14 - a seismic day for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.  Yesterday was the fourth anniversary of what Prince Harry called their 'freedom flight', where he filmed himself celebrating officially emigrating to the US as Megxit was confirmed.

In extraordinary footage on March 14 2020, a jubilant Harry filmed himself on board the luxury liner - putting his fingers his lips and smiling as he said: 'We are on the freedom flight. We are leaving Canada and we are headed to Los Angeles. Shh!'

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Archie, then 10 months old, and Harry's mother in law Doria Ragland were given Tyler Perry's private jet to take them to California from Vancouver Island, where they had been living since quitting as frontline royals.

Mr Perry, who is also Archie's godfather, also offered the couple the use of his home in California before they bought $14.7million dollar mansion in Montecito.

Critics have questioned whether Harry's rift with William is now so all consuming that he would be allow his wife's lifestyle brand launch to overshadow an event in his mother's memory with a business launch selling jams, marmalades and kitchenware.

Others have pondered whether Harry was fully aware given his love for his mother and the magnitude of last night's event.

Royal biographer and commentator Phil Dampier told MailOnline today: 'Nothing happens by accident with Harry and Meghan and so to launch this brand just before the Diana awards was clearly calculated.

'Harry probably felt he wasn’t getting the exposure he deserved as William was actually at the event and he wasn’t. As for American Riviera Orchard I’ve always thought Meghan would end up doing some sort of Gwyneth Paltrow style lifestyle range and this has clearly been planned for many months.

'If it means she concentrates on making money and not on attacking the royal family I’m all for it'.

The Sussexes' have been accused of Prince William's speech at an awards ceremony in honour of his mother Princess Diana when Meghan revealed she is launching a cooking and lifestyle brand.

An insider told the Mail: ‘The brand is meant to coincide with the launch of a new cookery show for Netflix. Meghan will be making, and selling products such as jams. At some point there will be a book and a blog.’

The brand, American Riviera Orchard, will focus on home, garden, food and lifestyle wares.

On its Instagram account, it posted a series of nine cryptic images, which revealed its gold logo, featuring a swirly emblem. Beneath that is written ‘Montecito’, the Californian town where Prince Harry, 39, and Meghan, 42, moved to after stepping down as working royals.

The new brand is set to be an extension of her former lifestyle blog The Tig, an insider told America’s Page Six, adding: ‘She’s been working on this for over a year and it’s all the things that are close to her heart.’

The Instagram video opens with washed-out footage of a woman’s hands arranging white and pink flowers. It then fades to reveal Meghan in a kitchen, whisking something in a bowl.

It continues with an image of a woman, thought to be Meghan, wearing a long, dark dress in an Italian-style, outdoor corridor. The scenes, which have a glamorous, retro feel, are set against the strains of American jazz singer Nancy Wilson’s 1960 hit I Wish You Love.

As the media campaign emerged, the Prince of Wales attended the Diana Legacy Awards at the Science Museum in London yesterday.

Around three hours later Prince Harry made an appearance virtually from his Californian home.

William took the stage to AC/DC's song Thundertrack, which he referred to as 'George's song', before telling the audience himself and the Princess of Wales channel Diana's legacy through their work.

The Duke of Sussex spoke to the group of winners at around 9pm London time yesterday evening but it was not until 5am on Friday that the Sussexes released an edited clip of the conversation held over videolink.

His appearance, where winners told him he was 'missed' back in the UK, came just hours after his wife Meghan Markle launched her latest business venture - luxury lifestyle brand American Riveria Orchard.

Fans who sign up for information on the Duchesses' new business venture will be notified about 'products'  - which some commentators have suggested is a clear breach of the agreement by the Sussexes' to not profit off their royal titles.

The Sussexes' timing to coincide with the Diana's awards has been questioned by royal experts, with one telling MailOnline 'the Sussexes in my opinion do nothing by accident'.

As William left the event, began his talk via video-link from Montecito, where he told the young winners: 'I'm sorry I am not there. I wish I could be there with you guys.'

He went on to thank the group for 'for inspiring so many others' and 'protecting my mother's legacy' before joking with the winners about not getting into 'too much trouble' if they planned to head out in the capital to celebrate.

Throughout his speech, Prince William also paid a moving tribute to his mother as he handed out awards in his memory.

Prince Williams speech in full:

Prince William from the Science Museum in London where he told the audience:

'This evening's Legacy Award is particularly special as it marks the 25th anniversary year of The Diana Award, a charity set up to reflect my mother's belief that young people can change the world.

'I know that she would have been honoured to see a charity in her name doing such inspirational work to uplift young people from all corners of the globe.

'She taught me that everyone has the potential to give something back; that everyone in need deserves a supporting hand in life,' he said.

'That legacy is something that both Catherine and I have sought to focus on through our work, as have the 50,000 young people who have received a Diana Award over the past 25 years.

'I am so proud to see this belief of my mother's manifested in the amazing young people receiving the Legacy Award tonight.'

He told the crowd that Princess Diana had taught him that 'everyone in need deserves a supporting hand in life' and that her legacy was an inspiration to both him and his wife Kate, who is currently recovering from abdominal surgery.

'She taught me that everyone has the potential to give something back; that everyone in need deserves a supporting hand in life,' the Prince said.

'That legacy is something that both Catherine and I have sought to focus on through our work, as have the 50,000 young people who have received a Diana Award over the past 25 years.

'I am so proud to see this belief of my mother's manifested in the amazing young people receiving the Legacy Award tonight.'

The brother's tributes to their mother comes as royal experts claimed that Princess Diana would have insisted the men put aside their feud to present the award in her name.

The legacy award was introduced by The Diana Award in 2017 to celebrate the life of Diana, Princess of Wales, on the 20th anniversary of her death.

William had walked onto the stage as AC/DC's song Thunderstruck played. Addressing his song of choice, he told the group: 'I like AC/DC, that's George's song'.

After presenting the awards, William met the winners and told them: 'The breadth of what you all cover, I'm amazed.'

He added: 'I'm so blown away by everything you're doing, because you're doing it alongside your studies, your lives, your families, everything else.

'There are a lot of barriers I'm sure a lot of you are facing every time you're doing this.'

Later on, Prince Harry spoke to the winners who sat in a small conference room and chatted to him over Zoom.

One award winger, Sophie Pender, founder of the 93% Club - a student society dedicated to making universities more inclusive for state-educated students - told the Duke that 'we really miss you here [in London]'.

Throughout the call, the Prince applauded the group for the 'amazing work you guys are doing' telling them the volunteers and charity workers they had a bright future ahead.

The Prince said:  'So much of the future depends on you guys. Some of the work you do may feel as though you are small, some of it is big but the impact again that you are having on hundreds of thousands, millions of people.

'Without you guys doing that and without you inspiring other people because it feels good and because you get so much from it, that inspiration is like a ripple effect and it goes all across the water.

'You don't need me to tell you that but I want to tell you that. Every single day you are working on these things and you do not know the impact you are making.

'You don't know that when you meet people and have these interactions you may have changed their outlook changed their perspective given them a bit more hope and inspired them to do something similar.

'I am seriously impressed by the work that you do, particularly at the young age you are at, and the future is yours and your going to help with that future.'

Award winner Oluwadamilola Akintewe, 24, was described as 'exemplifying the spirit of the late Princess Diana' through her work on gender-based violence in Nigeria.

After the event she said: 'The Prince asked me if I received enough support in my country and I said compared to the past it's getting better.'
