Katy Perry dazzles in a glittering gold waistcoat... as ex-husband Russell Brand admits he 'enjoys monogamy' with new fiancée Laura Gallacher

And Katy Perry didn't disappoint on Thursday as she signed autographs for fans on her way home from a political dinner in West Hollywood.
The Roar singer, 31, showcased her clear and glowing skin as she happily chatted to fans outside the Delilah restaurant - looking in good spirits despite her ex-husband Russell Brand recently admitting he now 'enjoys monogamy' with his new fiancée.

Pushing her pin straight off her face, the singer displayed her smooth and clear skin for all to see, which she only enhanced by perfectly applied dewy make-up and a hint of rosy blush to her cheeks.
Adding a slick of black liner and chunky gold jewellery however, the I Kissed A Girl singer ensured she was not without her trademark glamour even in her casual look, as she generously thanked her admirers.
Her devoted fans no doubt flocked to her support in light of the release of her new single 'Rise' - her first song in two years.

However despite remaining upbeat after her musical success, the appearance comes just as ex-husband Russell Brand made a slight dig at her, by revealing he is now enjoying monogamous life with new pregnant fiancée Laura Gallacher.
In an interview on Saturday night's The Jonathan Ross Show, Russell, 41, said: “[I am enjoying monogamy] because there is a baby coming.'
Continuing on his new sense of calm, he confessed: 'Some of that is because I’m in a monogamous relationship now so I’m a lot calmer… I like it as a matter of fact. I live a quiet rural life now out in the country.'

Russell, who endured a less-than-amicable split with ex-wife Katy in 2012, also said that he's been reading a new parenting book every week and is already painting the baby's room.
'I’ve accepted the idea that that person will be more important than me, ‘ he continued.
Katy and Russell married in October 2011 near a tiger sanctuary in India, but split due to 'irreconcilable differences' a mere 14 months later.
The divorce was finalised in July the following year, after Katy revealed on her documentary film Part Of Me that their conflicting career schedules and her not feeling ready to have children led to the separation.
However Katy then admitted to Vogue that Russell had not liked her 'being the boss' of things, and that they had not been in contact since the breakup.

While Russell has moved on with Laura, the sister of presenter Kirsty Gallacher, Katy appears to have found love too - with Hollywood actor Orlando Bloom.
The A-List pair have been dating since they hit it off at the Golden Globe Awards in January, and their relationship has remained solid ever since.
Katy met his son Flynn, from marriage to ex-wife Miranda Kerr, earlier this year as the clan jetted off on holiday together, before reports emerged that the Pirates of The Caribbean star, 39, wanted to settle down properly with the singer.
An insider told People in August: 'He would love to settle down with Katy and have more kids.'
The source added they are 'not engaged yet but things do seem to be heading that way.'
