Robert Plant had
with his band Led Zeppelin 500 million pounds Gage - obtained for a world tour
- the equivalent of 637 million euros.
But the
legendary front man should have the contract, to the dismay of his former
bandmates, torn. Led Zeppelin broke
up in 1980 and stood for a gig in London in 2007 for the last time on stage
together. Their comeback tour should
include 35 gigs in three cities. Jimmy
Page, John Paul Jones and Jason Bonham had reportedly already signed the
contract.
A source told British newspaper The Sunday Mirror ':.. "Jimmy, John and Jason have signed immediately you did not have to think long about it, but Robert asked 48 hours to think as he is' no' said he tore the papers were presented to him. Everyone was totally shocked. You can do this under any circumstances without him. "
